A covered employer needs a written exposure control plan reviewed at least annually, engineering and work-practice controls, personal protective equipment at no cost to you, hepatitis B vaccination offered at no cost within ten working days of assignment, a procedure for evaluating exposure incidents, and the training. If you have been given a course and nothing else, your employer has done one part of it.
