Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
These terms govern your use of Certified Training USA and the courses we sell. By buying or taking a course, you agree to them.
What we provide
We provide online, self-paced training courses and issue a certificate of completion when you finish a course and pass any required assessment. We are a private training provider, not a government agency, and our certificates are proof of completed training, not government credentials.
Your account and accurate information
You are responsible for the information you provide, including the name that will appear on your certificate. Certificates are issued to the name the learner enters, so please make sure it is correct before you begin. You may not share your individual course access with another person; team and seat purchases exist for training more than one person.
Payment
Course prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and charged at the time of purchase. Team and seat bundles are priced as shown. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute our course content except through our official partner program. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to bypass access controls.
Our content is ours
The courses, text, graphics, assessments, and the certificates we issue are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to take it and to use your certificate as proof of completion. It does not give you the right to reproduce or distribute the content.
Limitation of liability
We provide the training as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Disclaimer
We work to keep our regulatory mapping and course content accurate, but we do not warrant that a given course satisfies every requirement in your specific situation. Where a regulation also requires hands-on or site-specific training, meeting that portion is the employer’s responsibility. You are responsible for confirming that a course meets your own compliance needs.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: support@certifiedtrainingusa.com.
