How certificate verification works

A certificate is only useful if someone else can trust it. Ours are built to be checked, not just held.

When a learner completes a course, the certificate is issued with a unique identifier and a record of the course, the completion date, and the standard it satisfies. That record lives on our servers, not just in a PDF that anyone could edit.

Anyone can confirm a certificate at our verification page. Enter the certificate ID and you will see whether it is genuine, which course it was for, and when it was issued. There is nothing to log into and no account required to check one.

For employers who need to keep audit files, each account can download its records, so you have documented proof of who was trained, on what, and when. That is the difference between a certificate that satisfies an inspector and one that raises more questions than it answers.
