The usual situation
Nine people. California. Today.
Your deadline is this week and California wants its own course, not a generic one. Nobody is booking a demo for that. Here is what actually happens:
- 1Pick the California courseSupervisors and employees are separate obligations in California, so they are separate courses. Both name the statute they document.
- 2Buy nine seats at $41.65 eachCard checkout, no quote needed at this size. Nine seats saves 15% against single-seat price.
- 3Send the codesSeats arrive as redemption codes. You do not have to collect nine email addresses first, and you can hand out the spares as people are hired.
- 4Everyone finishes and holds a certificate the same dayDated, numbered, and verifiable by anyone at our verify page without an account. Your auditor does not have to take your word for it or ask you for anything.
- 5The roster tells you when it expiresWho has finished, who has not, and whose certificate lapses next. Exportable as a CSV you can hand to whoever asked.
No demo, no implementation, no onboarding call, no sales cycle. If you would rather talk it through you can book a call, but nothing about buying requires one.
Volume pricing
The per-seat price is set by how many people you are training. Discounts come off each course’s own list price, so a mixed order discounts every line. Per-seat figures below are shown at $49, the price of most courses in the catalog.
| Seats | Tier | Per seat | Discount | How you pay |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1+ | Individual | $49.00 | — | Card, instantly |
| 2+ | Small group | $45.08 | 8% | Card, instantly |
| 5+ | Small team | $41.65 | 15% | Card, instantly |
| 10+ | Whole crew | $36.75 | 25% | Card, instantly |
| 25+ | Department | $34.30 | 30% | Quote & invoice |
| 50+ | Site | $31.85 | 35% | Quote & invoice |
| 100+ | Multi-site | $29.40 | 40% | Quote & invoice |
| 250+ | Enterprise | $26.95 | 45% | Quote & invoice |
Under 25 seats you can buy on a card from any course page and start the same day.
How a company order works
Request a quote
You get a reference number on screen straight away, and a written quote to circulate internally. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
Questions procurement usually asks
Can we pay by purchase order instead of a card?
Yes. At 25 seats or more we quote the order, invoice it, and put your PO number on the invoice. You pay on the terms you choose rather than at checkout.
What payment terms do you offer?
Due on receipt, Net 15, Net 30, Net 45. Pick the one your accounts payable process uses when you request the quote.
How does volume pricing work?
The per-seat price falls as headcount rises, and the discount applies to each course at its own list price rather than as a flat amount. The tier is set by the number of people you are training, so one order covering a whole site earns a better rate than several small ones.
Do we have to assign seats to named people up front?
No. Seats are issued as redemption codes, so you can hand them out as people are hired or scheduled. You can also assign a seat directly to someone by email if you would rather manage it centrally.
When do our people get their certificates?
The moment they finish. Each certificate carries a unique number that anyone, including an inspector or a client, can verify publicly on this site without an account.
How large an order can you take?
Up to 500 seats runs through the standard quote and invoice process. Above that we will still take the order, we just want to talk about rollout before we price it.
