Sit 1 complete 80-question papers without seeing a question twice. Every question is weighted to the real course outline and cites the standard it comes from.
No card, no sign-up to start.
Studying for the certification exam itself, not the course? CertQuestUSA runs full exam-length practice built for that.
What is on the paper, and why
No certifying body publishes an official topic weighting for food manager exams, so every domain is weighted equally by deliberate decision. Domains span all four areas the FDA Food Code itself names in its Preface: personnel (Ch 2), food (Ch 3), equipment/facilities (Ch 4-7) and compliance and enforcement (Ch 8), plus the supervisory content the Food Handler exam deliberately excludes.
Questions people ask
Is this the real Food Manager exam?
No. These are practice questions written to the FDA Food Code’s own stated structure. Food handler and food manager certification runs through separate accredited private programs, each with its own proprietary exam we do not have access to.
Does passing this certify me?
No. Certification requires passing an exam through an accredited program (ANSI/ANAB-accredited for food manager certification in most jurisdictions). This is preparation for that exam, not a substitute for it.
How much can I practise before questions repeat?
1 complete papers of 80 questions each, drawn from 120 questions, before you see anything twice.
Do I need to pay or sign up?
You can start practicing and sit your first full paper without an account. Signing in is what lets us save your answers and track readiness by topic over time. Unlimited full papers, plus review, history, the exam plan and flashcards, are part of Practice Test Pro ($19.99/month or $143.93/year).
What is a passing score?
Accredited programs commonly set passing scores between 70% and 75%, and some jurisdictions set their own minimum by regulation. Confirm the exact figure with whichever accredited program and jurisdiction apply to you.
Find out where you actually are
Sit one full paper and you get a readiness figure for every topic on the course, not just a percentage.
Certified Training USA is a private training provider and is not an accredited food safety certifying organization. These are practice questions written to the FDA Food Code’s own stated structure. They are not official exam questions, and certification requires passing an exam through an accredited program.
