What is on the paper, and why

Domain weights derive from the contact hours OSHA requires for the 10-hour General Industry Outreach course (OTP General Industry Procedures, revised 1 July 2024). The 2 optional hours are excluded because their content is chosen by the individual trainer. Unlike the Construction blueprint, no hour inside the required block needed to be estimated: OSHA states each of the six required topics at exactly one hour in the source document.

Questions people ask

Is this the real OSHA 10 General Industry exam?

No. These are practice questions written to the same course outline. OSHA does not publish an official question bank, and anyone selling you "the real exam questions" is either guessing or copying someone else.

Does passing this give me a card?

No. The card comes from completing an authorised OSHA Outreach course with an authorised trainer. This is preparation for that course, not a substitute for it.

How much can I practise before questions repeat?

2 complete papers of 80 questions each, drawn from 162 questions, before you see anything twice.

Do I need to pay or sign up?

You can start practicing and sit your first full paper without an account. Signing in is what lets us save your answers and track readiness by topic over time. Unlimited full papers, plus review, history, the exam plan and flashcards, are part of Practice Test Pro ($19.99/month or $143.93/year).

What is a passing score?

OSHA does not publish a passing percentage for the outreach course; it requires the trainer to be satisfied you understood the material. Most providers use 70%, so that is the reference line shown on your results.
