Proposed rule: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Gasoline Distribution Facilities and Standards of Performance for Bulk Gasoline Terminals Reconsideration
On May 8, 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP): Gasoline Distribution Technology Reviews and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Review for Bulk Gasoline Terminals final rule ("2024 Final Rule"). The EPA is reconsidering various provisions of the 2024 Final Rule in this proposed rule, including the operating limits and continuous compliance requirements for air emission control devices, and the vapor tightness requirements for gasoline cargo tanks.
